Usage Information |

Recommendations: Adults use for 21 days of the month and discontinue during menstruation. Gently massage into an outer soft skin tissue area, approximately 1/4 to 1/2 a five ml teaspoon once or twice per day, depending upon own specific requirements. For optimum benefit, alternate areas daily for superior absorption. |
