Grapefruit is wonderful for refreshing and uplifting the spirit. In addition, the aromatic influence of grapefruit may help decrease appetite and balance emotional extremes. Grapefruit is cold pressed from the rind of the fruit and has a shelf life of one year. A pleasant clean aroma to refresh and uplift, delightful when used in the bath.
Usage Information
Compress: To a clean bowl, add five to eight drops of Essential Oil to 6oz (180ml) steaming hot or very cold water. Mix to disperse oils. Place clean cloth into bowl to absorb liquid. Press out excess liquid. Apply compress to desired area, followed by plastic wrap and topped with dry towel. Leave on for up to two hours.
